What are typical nandrolone plus TRT protocols?

Defy has me on 126mg test / 90mg nandrolone per week. The nandrolone is to help with some chronic joint pain issues, and from what I understand 90mg to 100mg per week is a common dose for that particular use.

    No libido, unable to orgasm

Also, still maybe worth talking to your doctor if everything else, especially e2, is in a good place. I may be misremembering, but I think I recall Dr. Saya saying that prolactin levels in the double digits can cause issues in some men even if technically “in range.”

    No libido, unable to orgasm

Before starting caber, mine was at 26.3 (4.0-15.2). Caber starting working pretty quickly, and brought my prolactin down to around 5.0 on a dose of 0.125 twice weekly.

What are your experiences with PT-141? (as an aphrodisiac)

Have you checked your prolactin levels? I was struggling with a lack of penile sensitivity and difficulty reaching orgasm. I tried PT-141 first and couldn't handle the sides. It gave my insane erections and helped a bit with the sensitivity issues, but then I'd suffer from flu-like symptoms...

    No libido, unable to orgasm

Just wanted to piggy-back on this, because it's good advice. I'm under physician-monitored TRT and after several years of treatment and my levels being dialed in, as well as learning about the kinds of necessary bloodwork and what to watch for, I feel like if I had to, I could manage my own TRT...

For Nelson Vergel, what’s your current protocol?

Thanks, Nelson. Definitely not fun, especially at 40 years old, but (for now) I trust my docs so hopefully we'll figure out a plan. Doc said if CT shows issues with the prior anterior fusion, he may want to fuse from the posterior side, maybe L4-S1. If the CT is clear at the surgical level, by...

    No libido, unable to orgasm

It's also possible you have elevated prolactin. I did, and while it didn't really affect my libido, it made it damn near impossible to orgasm. A low dose of cabergoline took care of that. Probably worth getting your prolactin checked.

For Nelson Vergel, what’s your current protocol?

I have not tried naltrexone. I've read a little about it. It seems to help a fair amount of people, although some of the sides people report are concerning (anxiety/sense of doom, psychosis, etc.). It's worth discussing with my doctor though. Initially, my issues were a collapsed disc at L5-S1...

    Defy shipping costs

Looking at those codes, it looks like one of the pharmacies is shipping standard (S01), which is normally $12. The other code (S06) reflects express with ice packs. I'm guessing that's $40. I agree that seems pretty steep, and I guess if it has to ship that way you don't have much choice, but I...

    Optum Specialty Pharmacy for HCG

Sorry to hear that. My first experience with OSP was pretty easy and seamless, but I suppose that doesn't mean future ones will be. Were you using them for something other than HCG?

For Nelson Vergel, what’s your current protocol?

Thanks for sharing all of this, Nelson, and as others have said, you look fantastic. I can't believe you're 63. This caught my attention. Just curious what you've used them for. I'm battling chronic pain related to some lower spinal cord and SI joint issues and did a few ketamine infusions for...

    Optum Specialty Pharmacy for HCG

Your timing is impeccable. UPS just delivered it about an hour ago. It comes lyophilized with bac water separate and has to be reconstituted. I was surprised that the included syringes are 27g 1/2". A bit heavy and long for my taste for sub-q HCG injections, but I can use them for my shallow IM...

    Optum Specialty Pharmacy for HCG

I've seen a number of threads about sourcing HCG now that (hopefully only temporarily) compounding pharmacies like Empower are prohibited from manufacturing it. I just wanted to share my recent experience getting it through Optum Specialty Pharmacy. I had my regular consult with Dr. Saya at...

Who Started TRT w/ "Normal" Levels @ What Age?

I had the same issues with Clomid, and my estradiol went through the roof. I was very irritable and emotional on it. Not sure if that was because of the high estradiol, but I never felt good on it even though my testosterone levels skyrocketed.

Who Started TRT w/ "Normal" Levels @ What Age?

How does enclomiphene monotherapy compare with clomiphene monotherapy? I was about to type up my own experience with clomiphene monotherapy when I noticed that enclomiphene was being discussed. I remember vaguely enclomiphene being discussed on here back when I was on clomiphene (2017), but my...
