Just got off the phone with Defy. They’re keeping me at 150mg (140 dropped my TT a good amount) but 3 times a week to help e2 slightly. No more AI. They’re the best

So my e2 sensitive labs came in at 59. This was 5 days since my last .05mg Adex dose and I haven’t taken any more since. And I feel great again. So f’n weird. I’m sweating a bit at night but otherwise, high libido, morning wood, no bloat. I don’t get it. Speaking to defy today.

Whether actual muscle mass was lost or not, I don’t know, but look/feel very flat. Lost a lot of fullness.

Update: it’s been a week since I quit my .05mg Anastrozole. Already starting to feel a bit better in the past day or two. Hoping to speak to defy this week and see if I can go to 150mg and no AI. I felt better at 160mg and I clearly feel better without the AI even if my labs say my E2 is high...

Also, this was the day before my true trough day so TT will even be lower when compared to where I was on 160mg (1300+ on trough/injection day)

Nothing outside of lowering from 160mg to 140mg and adding super small doses of Anastrozole. I’m a known over responder as 0.1mg weekly put me down around an e2 of 17 and lower on Clomid monotherapy

Thanks. Do these symptoms align with high E2? I always think of low E with night sweats but that can’t be the case here. Again, soaked and doesn’t smell like sweat. The muscle lack of fullness is an odd one, to me

So as I posted in another thread, my E2 came back high (65) after my first 8 weeks at 160mg/week. Didn’t have much symptoms but defy and I agreed to lower me to 140mg/week and 0.1mg to 0.2mg Anastrozole weekly. I know it’ll take time for my dose change to reduce E2 symptoms but a few new things...

They lowered my dose without me pushing it. Actually suggested it on my call yesterday. And pulled DHEA out and said not to start HCG. Great experience for me so far!

Understood. As I said above, after further reflection I’m wondering if moving injection frequency is the most disruptive of the choices. Wondering if adding super low AI or reducing myself down from 80 to 70mg twice a week is the less disruptive way to go since I feel so close to really good...

Yes, my numbers were based off of 80mg wed and sun. Since E2 is high, options were to lower dose at twice per week, move to 3 times per week, or add AI. And yes, thinking of coming down towards 40mg 3 times per week. Should still keep my test in the upper ranges, no?
