Most of us don't stop at TRT. Once started, we look into other ways to optimize health and wellness. What other supplements are you taking in addition to your TRT regimen? I'd love to know what else everyone is on and why. Also, does quality matter, or do you buy the cheapest you can find?
I'm eager to hear your updates on switching to cypionate. I agree with the advice on sticking to pharma brands. They normally have stricter standards of practice. That being said, it didn't even dawn on me to ask for a pharma brand test from my DR. I'm going to request Pfizer cyp on the next refill.
FYI, I know that cypionate and enanthate are basically the same but minus 1 carbon and half life is slightly different. I also know, some people do not feel any difference.
Who has been on cypionate and tried switching to enanthate but found they felt better on cypionate?
I'm only about a...
Platinum LED has good panels. Huberman is the man. Great one to learn from.
Red light does not cause skin damage because there is not UVB present. But research has shown that red light in the morning hours before UVB exposure can protect the skin up to a certain extent.
Enjoy your light!
There's always someone that has to say something negative. Always.
I asked because I was looking for a doctor in Norway to prescribe testosterone. We've lived there in the past and have considered moving back there (Wife is Norwegian). You can only get Nebido in Norway and it's terrible, at...
Of course, I wasn't referring to the substance, no longer being in my body after 8-10 days. I'm not new to this game of anabolics, it part of the reason I'm on TRT. For me, my symptoms of being off, begin to stabilize after 8-10 days give or take. They don't get much worse. My theory is with...
This is exactly why I'm doing it this way. Allowing the body to adjust to smaller drops makes sense compared to a huge dip from a large dose. I can certainly feel the difference from 196 to 182 but it's already starting to lift a bit. Going on 2.5 weeks in.
Unstable for months? Where is your logic? I'm trying to understand why you think I would be unstable for months. I stick with 182mg per week for 6-12 weeks. I drop into the 160s for 6-12 weeks. Levels stabilize after 8-10 days then you're left with getting adjusted to the drop. I'm trying to...
I am lowering my dose. Within 12-16 weeks I'll be in the 150's mg per week, down from 200. I've been 9 years at 200mg per week, I do not believe rushing the process is very wise.
Appreciate the response. I had planned to drop it by 2mg per day every 6 weeks. 28/26/24 and so on. I may drop it a bit faster. I feel like I've been in the red zone of risks for too long. But I have heard some guys crashing their test by dropping too fast so that was why I asked. Thanks again...
