thyroid supplement dosages I know this thread is old, but was doses would you recommend for selenium & iodine Chris? Currently I'm taking 200 mcg of Selenomethionine from Thorne Research and I've never taken iodine before. I have Hashimoto's.- dpaul21

I was tested about 40 days after stopping trt. That was last November and my levels were at 274. I was just tested again a few weeks ago and I was at 163.- dpaul21
