Thank you for the reply. My Endo asked me to test 24 hours after application to see what my trough number was. Quest is cheaper but she said her order was for Labcorp and I had to use them!

I had my total testosterone checked at Quest and Labcorp exactly 24 hours apart. Quest was 149 Labcorp was 1018 I take a daily compounded cream and test 24 hours after application How can the numbers be so far apart?

Which base do you guys use for your cream? I’ve tried Versabase, then switched to Atrevis and recently switched back to Versabase.

I’ve never heard of absorbing 60-70% of a cream. Defy says 10% on their website.

I usually test between 11am and 12:30pm. I go on my lunch break. I do not apply the gel until after my test. So I go get labs 28-29 hours after my last application.

What is the half life of compounded gels? My pharmacists says 10-100 minutes. My doctor says 22 hours. I went from at least 1000 to 164 in 4-5 days. Does it take longer to build up than it does to go away?
