Good afternoon everyone,my PCP has me sign a controlled substance form,so that he can give me trt.But he wants to give me 1 shot of test a month,I declined ,and now want to search elsewhere for trt.But on the controlled substance form ,it reads I agree not to receive trt from anyone else,what to do?

Btw today I asked my Endo if I should be worried about my low bioavailable test level She said no,that totally test is a more reliable measurement

Btw they also want to retest my testosterone,but I don't want to get up at 6 am , I order to be there at 8 am

Yes , but I worry cause my PSA went up from3.7 to 4.7 in a month. I suspect it was from the excessive ashwaganda I was taking,so tomorrow I test my PSA again.I have been off the ashwaganda for 6 days now

Recent blood work at 9 10 am, revealed 527 total test, 51 free test, and 99 bioavailable test. Two years ago my results were 757, 65 and 120. My Dr says everything is fine,except my PSA ,which is 4.6

I went to my PCP,he wants to prescribe trt for free test levels of 41.The reff range they use is 46-240. So I agreed to receive his prescription,but he stated I would get 1 monthly injection of 200 mgs I declined the prescription cause I think I would crash on this. Is 200 mgs 1 shot a month...
