High SHBG - any way to lower?
I recently was able to view lab results from 2018 to present day. Every time I have had lab work done (hormone panel) my SHBG is always higher than it should be. The higher than normal value presented even before I tried self prescribed TRT. 2018 (prior to testosterone) - Testosterone 26.9...- CanadaJim

Itching on Testosterone Replacement Therapy
While on a testosterone cycle...I developed dermatographia and what appears to be psoriasis or eczema...the dermatographia has subsided a bit since i stopped (nearly a year ago) but the itching dry skin continues to rear it's ugly head every now and then....- CanadaJim

I have a Yohimbine question. The product I have are powder filled capsules with 500mg yohimbine. I copied the ingredient label... Yohimbe (Pausinystalia yohimbe) (bark) (from 125 mg of 4:1 Extract) 500 mg My question is how much active ingredient is in the capsule? 500mg seems way too high...- CanadaJim

I have a few bottles of piping rock stuff...main ingredient is 500mg Yohimbine...I find the yohimbine hit or miss and it can cause ++anxiety. Some people report that doses of 20-40mg are effective. It does create a stir down there..lol...but sometimes the anxiousness will steal the moment...- CanadaJim

There's a store in my town..sells the otc pills with names like Rhino...Porn star...etc...Health Canada keeps pulling them but they always come back under a different name...I do wish a person could find an actual herb than was effective but it seems big pharma will never let that happen- CanadaJim

Done with TRT and recovered within two weeks

Done with TRT and recovered within two weeks
I developed GERD as well while trying TRT. To the point I had a full cardio workup. Everything came back fine. Shortly after I stopped the test the GERD symptoms completely disappeared....- CanadaJim

Just as a (much late) follow up...i did have blood work done and the results showed that my cholesterol levels dropped back to normal, however my doc did not order any sex hormone lab work :(....the whole libido thing is still kicking around...it waxes and wanes but more so than not it is quite...- CanadaJim
