Testosterone regular vs Testosterone LC/MS assay

My questions is on the standard test it won't show your total test level if it's above 1500. But will it give you an accurate free test number? The price difference between these two test is significant. Any input would be appreciated.

Does anyone use Nandrolone (Deca Durabolin) ?

I've been following this thread and I'm curious, a few people have mentioned that a side effect of nandrolone would be lethargy/fatigue. Is this common and why would it happen.

Estradiol in Men: Interview with Urology Professor Dr Ranjith Ramasamy

Question: The Doc mentioned that gyro can take place in the absence of high estradiol. He said in the interview he would treat this with tamoxifen 20mg twice daily. He mentions this could be a result if elevated IGF-1. I have some pain (sensation) and a small hard lump in one of my nipples...

    Muscle cramps?

Thanks for the reply Vince. I just did updated blood work yesterday. My hydration is consistent I drink 80-100 oz a day of water. Nothing really changed I just get cramps now so I guess we will see if something comes back on the blood panel. I did a CBC about a month ago while i was over seas...

    Muscle cramps?

Anyone else get muscle cramps after starting TRT? I rarely ever had one until starting TRT, now I seems to have them frequent and somethings they can be quite painful. Could this be anastrozole related? I do supplement with magnesium. I have a follow up with my Dr. on the 7th and I was going to...

Does anyone use Nandrolone (Deca Durabolin) ?

I'm curious if any of you who have run/ran low dose Nandrolone 100-200 with your TRT experienced any noticeable boost in libido while taking it? Because of the obvious bump you would get in free T, also if so did you notice any reduction or problems after stopping.

    Challenges With TRT

Ok it was just a thought since no one else mentioned it. HbA1c is the 3 month average of your blood glucose.

    Challenges With TRT

Where you fasting when you did this blood draw? Your glucose is elevated, so that's something you might want to look into. Also get you HbA1c done.

    High SHBG

This was a reply to a questions asked. All my test have been serum, although i did do a saliva panel as well with my last Doc, who I'm no longer interested in working with.
  13. B

    High SHBG

A saliva hormone panel diurnal cortisol, dhea, progesterone, testosterone, estrogen.

    High SHBG

Yeah that was from the 10/25 This was the first time I ran SHBG and I ran this lab on my own. The test I ran before that a full saliva panel and everything was pretty normal except for the T was on the low side. So I guess we will see what the doc says next week.
