Less than 50 mg of T per week
Having to poke myself daily. Feeling hot, anxious and wired and just flat, same as poster above mentioned as well. I tried with Sustanon fwiw. Its not for me but glad you are doing ok with it. Stick to what works for you and be patient.- Belekas

The most interesting thread on EM right here for me but I also joined the "darkside" on Dec2 at 50mg/week of Sustanon every Tuesday. I agree re needing daily swings to feel optimal. Agreed. For me low salt spiked BP badly when I was experimenting but 9g/day kept it nice and low. Plenty of cardio and eating right ofc. Aand gotta warch the carbs/starch, and find optimal amount, thats for sure. Potassium and I'd say multi-spectrum vitamin-E would be also very beneficial or...- Belekas

Fair enough mate and appreciate the knowledge and info every time. So we will try getting injectable e2 and already asked for Anavar. What do you think should be a reasonable dose for her? Not sure if thats worth exploring as her estrogen is deep in the gutter and shes struggling. She is chronically e2 deficient and nothing raises that. That is our main priority. She has all other boxes ticked no worries about that. As I said in post we need to raise her e2 and asap because all the detremental effects of chronically nuked e2. We fix her e2 and then we will see what...- Belekas

Ok understood, cool. My girls shbg before all the experiments when we tested was high 158 nmol/L. With decent T dose we get it close to 100. And with 25mg at week, obv too much, we had 81.4 nmol/L fwiw. Will see what Testogel does and how bloods look when its time. Will try getting this...- Belekas

Got it. Do you think theres still possibility that even injectable doesn't raise her e2 or thats not possible at all? We tried gel, spray, patches and pills. So only injections left at this point. Also what dose shes on and what levels does blood test show?- Belekas

Would you recommend enanthate or valerate or cypionate? Too many choices and I haven't studied them yet but I will now that you shares a source. Her e2 when measured at through was 88 pmol/L after 1mg e2 pill testing next day early morning so that's pretty much nothing at all considering her...- Belekas
