Old myths take a lot of time to die, and this myth of keeping e2 in the 20-30 pg/ml range no matter testosterone levels is silly. Plus, estrogen is a paracrine hormone, so systemic levels might not mean much at all- bbex2014

It’s a valid question brother, seems like a good question for a pharmacist with some experience compounding injectable testosterone maybe? I and many others have heated testosterone vial for many years now, doesn’t mean it’s good to do though. I know plenty on here we’re former aas users...- bbex2014

Terrible protocol overall, but very effective at raising dht. Throw 100 mg test cyp weekly with that and you would have your bases covered lol I’m one of those where injections don’t really cause my dht to budge much at all- bbex2014

You are correct in saying that we do not know how many times you can place the vial of testosterone in hot water before it “degrades” the quality, of at all. My anecdotal experience is that I heated my test cyp vial for each of my biweekly injections of 200 mg for about 3 years, without any...- bbex2014

Very interesting and makes perfect sense about the local saturation of 5-alpha reductase. That is a pretty crazy percentage of dht you had on Androgel, wow! Do you recall what your Androgel dosage was at the time? Thanks for your input brother- bbex2014

Loading the syringe is difficult
You could put a little bit of water in a coffee mug, put it in the microwave for a minute or two, and once out put the testosterone vial upright in the water for a couple minutes. This “thins” the oil out and you can pull into an insulin syringe relatively quickly.- bbex2014

Damn, I was prescribed Accutane in my teens as well. I never had any sexual dysfunction or libido issues though, never tested dht until I was with Defy so not sure about dht levels prior. I had no idea that you could get oxandrolone or Stanozolol through Defy!- bbex2014

I totally agree with everything you have here. Hopefully some guys on cream only protocols can share their dht labs on here. If anyone here is doing a cream only protocol through Defy, I can pretty much guarantee they are testing dht levels. What are you doing Jason, 1 click of 200 mg/gm cream...- bbex2014

Defy had me cut my amount that I apply to the scrotum in half because of elevated dht. I still test significantly over the upper dht range applying 1 click to scrotum and 1 to back of knee, forearm, or top of foot twice daily- bbex2014
