Experiences with Ipamorelin or semorelin on trt?

I felt nothing and my labs showed nothing.

Questions about adding nandrolone to TRT protocol

140mg test cyp + 1000iu hcg split up 2x/wk. My shoulders feel a ton better, but my back still has problems. I have no side effects from cruising on deca. I will add that I’m on a statin, so my lipids are in check via meds.

Questions about adding nandrolone to TRT protocol

I have a lot of experience with deca. I am currently on 120 per week as I found anything less than that was not therapeutic for me. I would not expect it to do much for spinal issues. It’s great for joints, but my neck and back pain has not changed much.

What causes black horizontal bands on toenails that appear out of nowhere.

Your priority right now should be to get your diabetes under control. I’m assuming you’re type 2. I’ve never heard of metformin or insulin causing your symptoms. You need to go through the alphabet of drugs to find something that works. Change to an endo who specializes in hard to control...

Will I Lose Muscle Doing Low Carb Plus Intermittent Fasting?

It really depends on how high your caloric deficit is. I would still shoot for 1g protein per pound of lean body mass to minimize muscle loss. This has been my protocol while doing IF + low carb and it has worked well.

Deca (nandrolone) added to trt and wow!!

I added a therapeutic dose to my protocol due to joint issues. It has helped tremendously. I do cycle on and off of it as it can raise TT and IGF-1 moderately. I can definitely tell a difference when I'm off of it.

E2 to T Ratio: When is higher E2 better?

This. We all need to get out of the mindset that we should be chasing numbers. I still run into providers who want to treat a number instead of the patient. Some people are E2 sensitive (like me) and feel horrible with what others would consider "normal."

    Switching from cream to injections

While that is a big first dose, I don't know you can relate what you're feeling to it. I switched from gel to injections and didn't feel mentally off. I would also ask to do your injections every 3.5 days.

    Breast/Pec Soreness While on TRT

Why? Because they don't know better. And no more than 120mg per week is wrong. You take the minumum necessary to address your symptoms. Some people need more and some need less. HCG is great if well tolerated. Not everyone can tolerate it. And no, not everyone needs a SERM or AI.

Traveling and can’t take testosterone with me

I had just gotten back from Japan when the OP posted this. I had no idea about the restriction and took my vial and syringes in my checked luggage. No issues btw.

    Question about gynecomastia

Without an AI, it can take awhile for the gyno symptoms to go away. Even on tamoxifen, it takes me about 6 weeks to recover. (This has been an ongoing battle for me.)

    Losing the excess water weight

While I initially couldn't fathom that one T injection made you gain ten pounds of water in two weeks, you may want to take a look at this: https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?5817-Water-Retention-Caused-by-Anabolics-and-Testosterone

Help with Blood Test and Gyno

I would say your experience is similar to mine in terms of results. The issue for the OP is what if your e2 and prolactin are within range? BTW - in a link below, Vincent noted that 65% of adolescents with gyno were able to resolve it with an AI. I call it early gyno because I think at some...

Help with Blood Test and Gyno

Good point and I think worth discussion. EARLY gyno for me (sub clinical) presents as a painful lump behind the nipple. It may not be diagnosed on a mammogram or ultrasound, but the mass exists and can be palpated. I have been told by my doctor the lumps will always be there, but I cannot...
