Any low SHBG tried metformin?

No, not in my case. On another note I stopped taking it after 2.5 years learning it will blunt muscle growth. I believe it too because the studies talked about lean muscle mass loss in the thighs and thats' exactly what happened to me. I was taking it as an anti aging aid.

Metformin and insomnia

I doubt that metformin is causing this issue. I would look elsewhere. Do you supplement magnesium? It helps me a lot.

Thanks Nelson! I actually take a B12 inj every 2 weeks (no particular reason). My Doc offered it because of the IM TRT but obviously it doesn't have B1-6 in it. I'll buy some.

Yeah, I agree. I don't see how you could hurt an oil based hormone other than too much heat or cold.

I don't think it matters with cyp. I do remember reading somewhere that peptides are more fragile and the agitation from drawing to fast/air mixing can damage the amino chain. I don't know if it's true but I've read that too.
