Low SHBG and controlling E w/Dr Crisler

Dr. Crisler mentions a supplement that helps get rid of E2 but I can't understand what he is saying. It's Calcium de.... something. A google search brings up "calcium decanoate" but none of the links indicate it's a supplement or even what he is talking about.

ETA: He discussed it later in the video and it was Calcium d Glucarate.

Great info on the subject from Dr Crisler and Jay Campbell. Of interest to me personally was E management for the low SHBG guy which may depart from the 21-30 that is the typical standard for LC/MS/MS

Dr. Ben Lynch mentions two supplement that helps get rid of E2 in your book, DIRTY GENES: DIM and INDOL-3-CARBINOL. Slow Comt/Maoa and MTHFR mutations are linked with slow clean of estrogen.
