Alternatives to Defy’s pharmacies

My wife and I both use defy. Me for TRT and her for HRT. The last couple of times we have ordered from their pharmacies we have had problems. The pharmacy they are using for her estrogen will only ship a 30-45 day supply. That would be fine if we didn’t find out 2 weeks after placing an order that the order needed to be re-processed.

My question is whether anyone has used Defy but found another compounding pharmacy that is reliable. I understand we would need to pay Defy the prescription fee but at this point we are willing to in order to avoid the problems we have been experiencing.

I have the option of using Hallendale or Empower pharmacies. Can you try another one or is Empower your only option?

I would also talk to your provider at Defy. They can sometimes make accommodations for you so that get more product. They did so for me
