Imaging - Atrophic appearing prostrate?

I had a MRV Abdomen w/ + w/o Contrast looking for a possible venous obstruction, which was not identified.

However, the report did mention the following "Prostate/Seminal Vesicles: Atrophic appearing prostate gland"

I've been on TRT for close on a decade and would think my prostrate, if anything, might be slightly enlarged. I've not experienced any symptoms and no issues were noted in my last "physical" prostrate exam.

I've never heard of an "prostrate atrophy" being an issue - has anyone seen anything like this and is it something to be concerned about?

Never heard of it but it sounds like a good thing? Sounds like the opposite of tumors and pissing every hour of the day and night.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
