Hey all,

Just wanted to post something since I probably won't be posting a lot - but who knows..?

I'm in my mid-40s, decent shape (I think), exercise 3-4 times a week (weights and cardio), try to keep my diet relatively clean -- but it can be a bit challenging since I'm living in Asia right now, BF is usually around 15% (DEXA FWIW) year round. I've tried SARMs in the past just once, and it was just to see what it was like -- MK677, RAD140, and LGD, but I didn't like the bloat/water retention.

I started on TRT a couple days ago, 125 TE, twice a week along with 500mg of HGC split twice a week also. Hope to learn a bunch of stuff through other peoples experiences since my doc here isn't a specialist.

Welcome and I hope you have a great experience on your new TRT journey. It takes a while for most people to get their personal protocol dialed in so be patient. Great group of guys here to help you along the way.
