Thanks Vince. Yes I'm very happy with my protocol, I feel that I'm completely dialed in. I'm feeling really good and just recently after hitting a plateau in my workout. I started making new gains again.

Don't you do daily injections? How do you do the day before? Do you mean hcg injection the day before the labs?

I inject HCG on Mondays and Thursdays. Last time in June I did Labs on Tuesday and I injected my HCG and T on Monday. This time I did Labs a Monday and on Sunday I just injected my T. Followed my normal protocol.

I really like the numbers I got from my FT, shbg and E2. I don't know why my total T moved down. The main thing is I'm feeling good.

- How much DHEA do you take? Also, do you ever “cycle” off DHEA or are on it all the time? I heard that supplementation does not lead to suppression, the way taking other hormones do, so if you go off for some reason your body goes right back to its normal state of DHEA and you have no withdrawals.
- were you ever on an AI, and if so, how did you wind up managing E2 without one?

I take 25 mg of DHEA (Jarrow brand) before bed. I've never had any estrogen issues. I had very low levels of estrogen before I started trt. For whatever reason I do not convert much testosterone into estrogen. That is one of the reasons I supplement with DHEA and pregnenolone 10 mg. I know the more DHEA I supplement with, the more testosterone I will convert into estrogen.
