Topical T -- better to apply directly to genitals, or inner thighs or belly?

I'm using topical T, for two years now. It raised my T from 210 to 678 over past year, but then found Hemoglobin was higher than normal and endocrinologist was worried about stroke from concentrated red blood cells, so we lowered the dosage and I had a half liter of blood drawn. Then after finding my T was normal again, it plunged over three months to 120 and then to 210 while taking the same dosage. DHEA was also twice the normal range. Not sure what that means? Thoughts? I began applying the T directly to the genitals and it is back up to 680. Any others using topical T who apply it to the genitals instead of stomach or thighs? Thoughts? Hal

To some point you need to do some of the leg work with a little google on your part besides expecting people to hand feed you. Your Endo is an idiot because he misdiagnosed you when what you have to a really benign condition that is not polycythemia vera, and really has no idea how to treat low T.

Dr. Saya says he would not be comfortable walking around with HCT > 53. Rouzier says a lot of weird shit. I don't know who to believe.

Where's the data on this? Crisler just says check the AMMG site for Rouzier's slides. I haven’t been able to find anything.

Vince, thanks for the Crisler clip. I have no expectations of being hand fed here.

The one I’ve been hand feeding is my endocrinologist who is very open to my giving him data and clips from this web site. He’s not open to HCG though I doubt I need it.’

I’m 83 years young, teaching physicians in Munich Germany how to become more effective and empathic teachers, married to a younger woman with whom I’m sexually active and hope to remain so for coming years. I’ve tried about everything for ED in the literature including Cialis, Tri and Quad-mix (works most of the time), Low Intensity Shockwave treatments combined with Acupuncture, and most recently Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) shots in the penis (Google it under “P Shot”) .Your own blood is drawn, out into a centrifuge to separate the red cells from the Platelet rich plasma. This contains cytokines and growth factors which signal your body to grow new tissue and vessels which increase blood flow through out the penis (bodyvision.store/pripus-Shot-p-Shot.html). This is unfortunately still a costly procedure. It uses your own blood which eliminates it from FDA regulation and it does not hurt and no yet know bad side effects.

But my first one was free and results have been encouraging and fortunately I did not have to pay for it as I volunteered to be used as a training model. More later. Hal
