Trimix Users...How Often Do You Use?

So I have recent experience with pt-141 and trimix. Just turned 60, recently separated and "dating" again, and since I was a teenager I've had lifelong "performance anxiety", but only the first time with a new woman, and once I've "proven myself", I'm usually good, sometimes using sildenafil for an extra kick. Obviously, erections aren't like when I was 28, but still get hard nocternal erections.
First experience with a new woman in years, a little younger than me (53), and I really thought pt-141, maybe with a low does of sildenafil would be my solution. My experience with it is almost EXACTLY the same as @VacationMan ... lower does taking 8 hours to kick in, initially thought it wasn't working but was waking up with rock hard erections ALL night. Working up to 2mg I noticed it was kicking in more at 3-4 hours, a little nausea but not bad, but never would go above that dose. As good as it is, even with low does sildenafil, the slightest bit of anxiety is just enough to defeat it! Damn... first encounter, had to use my goto "excuse" but didn't want to fail 2nd time around... had a month or so before we were going to meet again, so... did research on Trimix.
Found two clinical studies documenting it's short term use for performance anxiety, with excellent results, so I did an online consult, and got a script for a mixture that was 20-30-1. They suggested dose between 0.1 and 0.5 ml. My biggest concern was priapism, so I started at 0.05... produced a solid 2.5 hour erection, even after ejaculating and vigorous jog... later found some suggestions to start at that dose, and work up by 0.02 ml until you find an ideal dose. Next meetup was great, rock hard, no worries, made her orgasm multiple times. So my trimix situation was similar to @DFL with younger women. Performance anxiety gone... but seriously, this was so good, even at a low dose, that I may use it from time to time. We shall see. Again, my main issue is psychogenic ED, so obviously for organic it will be a very different dosage / usage.

Oh yeah she knows. It's hard to hide (literally!). I've always been open with her about ED drugs. We stated dating not long after I started TRT, which seems to have coincided with some of my ED issues, so I've been using them since the beginning.
Excellent! Sounds like a keeper. But I've read on a user review site that their gf or wife wouldn't understand or like it if they knew the guy was using ED medication. For me, my wife is messed up and that's the name of that tune. If I do, however, get prescribed Trimix and she wonders about the erection, I'll tell her. If she's pissed, at least I can be happy with my youthful hard on.

I know you're asking @VacationMan but from my perspective it's all erection, zero libido change. I have read the same from guys on other forums.

Yes, Trimix works from a purely physical perspective with no psychological component. It would cause an erection in a dead man. For a lot of guys, the fact that they achieve a bone hard erection causes them to become aroused. The erections that Trimix causes can really boost your sexual interest because your dick is telling your brain it is ready to party. It's like, "C'mon, let's go!" and it drags your brain along.
I've stated that T gives me libido but to get it up, I have to play with it and it's not long lasting. To that point, if I were to use Trimix, presuming my wife would be aroused by my erection and we began foreplay, I'd say, 'All systems go!'. For all her mixed signals about sex, I know what arouses her and when she's there, she's soaking wet. She can tell me she's not interested but her body always gives her up.
When you're not connected, sexually, with a spouse or partner, you feel empty. I know my wife has significant unresolved emotional/sexual problems but, again, even if she reluctantly has sex, her behavioral and physical response belies that.
Completely agree on every level and on every point. Sex is so unbelievably complicated. There are so many variables and a myriad of points at which things can go off the rails. If you use the Trimix, you'll be up no matter what and your wife will see it and be ready to roll. I have been in this position countless times. This in turn will get you into it, even if you weren't when you started.
Yes. The kissing, cuddling, giving her a massage, breast play... Like tumblers in a lock, the pieces begin to fall into place and without thinking, you're in the 'flow'; in the moment. Just experiencing. Pure bliss.

For sure. I already gave my urologist a head's up that I'm interested in Trimix. And when it comes, I'll be straight up with my wife, though if it didn't have to be refrigerated, I'd keep that secret to myself, but I'm tired of the BS and tug of war with sex. I want her to know that I still desire her and all of what I've been doing is for that reason. As you said, sex is so unbelievably complicated. She knows, too, that there's a 58 y.o. a few doors down who's always flirting with me. We'll see, in a few weeks, where this goes with Trimix and my wife.
Best of luck with the Trimix. It works fantastically well for most guys. You will remove the performance issue from the equation and can concentrate on the emotional part.
