I don't understand how they couldn't forsee this with a drug that affects reward pathways in order to reduce cravings.

I definitely noticed my appetite and food noise going quiet on GLP-1s, which helped ease my anxiety since I wasn’t constantly thinking about eating. It’s interesting how these meds can have these secondary effects, retatrutide worked best for me in that regard. Still, everyone’s different, so it’s worth chatting with your doctor about your own needs.
