I am just subscribed with one of the best companies that supply fresh food delivered to me daily 3 meals two snacks, the guy who made these meals are very knowledgeable.
I will try and see where do I go from ther.

Sounds like ur on the right track. Health is a never ending journey. Everyone’s at different places in that journey. I don’t judge anyone for being at a different place in their journey compared to me. I just try to share the knowledge that I have, and let them make the best decisions they see fit with that newfound knowledge.

Results back
After stopping supplement for around 7 to 10 days.

please note that this test was taking before stopping so I was still on b12 until around 10 days ago, which could mean my b12 are even higher ! But not sure.

I am having a little trouble totally understanding. THe bloodwork labeled "now" is without any B vitamin supplements?
I did this test today, I stopped b12,,, 7 or 10 days ago.

so basically you see how much is the drop in b12 while supplementing and when I went off supplement for around 7 to 10 days

Got it. Seems like the drop was not that big, right? Only about a 25 percent drop.

Not to rush things I will wait for more heart beats ;).

question is how many times a week should I inject b12 ?

It’s a water soluble vitamin, so probably as frequently as possible would be best

But u don’t need to do b12 injections to get proper levels. Well most people don’t, especially men. Ur intrinsic factor in ur gut should be working just fine. So taking b12 orally should be able to get ur levels up. I personally get my B12 levels around the 1200 mark just by eating grassfed beef liver twice per week, and then whatever b12 I get through the rest of my diet. Beef liver is the #1 source of b12 on the planet. But the best part about getting B12 this way, is that beef liver is basically nature’s multivitamin. It has a ton of vitamins and minerals and even certain halogens like iodine. It’s better than any multivitamin u’ll ever find on the market, because it has pretty much everything u need, in forms that ur body prefers, and in ratios that the body prefers. Nature always knows best. And the best part is that if u don’t like eating beef liver, just get a desiccated beef liver supplement in capsule form. I’ve taken them and it raised my B12 almost as high as eating raw beef liver. It’s an amazing bang for ur buck. Cuz not only will u be getting all the B12 u need, but it’s also one of the best sources of retinol on the planet, which is a vitamin that most people don’t get enough of, and is super important for many bodily functions. It was the first vitamin ever discovered for a reason. And then u obv get the benefit of all the other micronutrients u’ll be getting by taking it. Here’s a link to the brand that I used to take before just starting to eat straight raw beef liver

Only taking this b12 injection until my jarrow b12 tablets arrive.
I saw my doc today told him statin lowered my sexual desire,I stopped it. I asked why b6 is high and he doesn’t know why.
We have to wait and see if it went down after stopping previous supplement.

Beside that defy appointment next Monday. Let’s see how it goes.

So defy said:
No clue regarding the b6 I will just wait for my results.

switch to EOD since SHBG 20, take 50mg EOD. Which i don’t think my body can take so I agreed to make it 20mg.
No idea about b12 and libido.

so me after not getting the magic answer will just wait and see my b6 results and maybe go back to my old b12 spray and see if I can repeat what happened.

maybe I would try eod at one point. But I have done eod I think 10 or 15 mg and it was the same thing.

Link s not working for me but I am interested in it.
I just cut and pasted. It's on PubMed. Type the title into your search window.

I wrongly presumed, living in Florida and going to the beach several times a week, as well as eating fish(salmon, sardines) several times a week, that my vitamin D level would be good. Nope. 28 ng . My urologist advised getting the level between 70 - 100. My hsCRP(inflammation marker) is high; 3.7. Pre-diabetic. Accumulation of abdominal fat. And, of course, treatment resistant bipolar illness/poor sleep quality. Low TT and low free T.

Just realized I am doing 500ug b12 injection twice weekly. While I was doing with the Spray almost 5000ug. I was disappointed a bit as I felt something for short time and nothing after.
Dropping the injection and getting another supplement with 5000mcg daily.
”or the same if b6 turned out high anyway”

Success AGAIN !!!

After stopping b12 my libido went offline for a week or 10 days.

I took another supplement with 5000mcg daily for the past 3 days and libido came back. It doesn’t bring my morning wood but libido is 100% back.

Nothing changed in my protocol.

and I changed my doctor in defy to Dr saya meeting with him this week plus still waiting for my b6 results. “The retest after stopping my original b12 supplement”

I just have to say this again, huge improvement with b12 I went from nothing to having sex almost daily. Doing jarrow 5000mcg daily

I am checking if I still need cialis.
I still have a major problem which is not able to reach orgasm easily.
—————————————
dr saya yesterday recommended I move to 20mg EOD “currently doing 75mg once a week”
as my SHBG is boarder line around 20, also to keep estradiol and prolactin stable.

also I need to stop donating and recover my ferritin/iron as it also help with libido.

As for b6 still waiting for the second test results once available we discuss it.
