Anxiety and anger on TRT

Hello!

I would like to know why sometimes I feel anxiety or anger in trt? I would like to live in a constant state of comfort but apparently that ideal point is being difficult to reach. how do I stay calm in trt? does this have to do with dosage or some hormones affected?

My first thought is to try exercising your anxiety away or lower your dose.

TRT and sedentary desk job sometimes don’t mix.

I would think you should lower your testosterone dose.

What’s your protocol?
I am using 100mg split in two times per week. I feel a bit depressed too, but if I go high I fear that my BP goes up.

I want to feel super happy and good mood, you know? Does someone here feel like this?

I experience anger and high levels of aggression when my levels (640 ng/dL) are too high, lowering my dosage resolves these issues.

I get anxious and easily agitated on TRT as well. Some guys just respond that way regardless of dosage. You can certainly try lowering the dosage as others have recommended, but you are already at a low dose. You can also try adding in HCG as that is known to improve some men's mood on TRT. You could also try nandrolone as it seems to mellow men out more than Testosterone alone.

At 100mg a week, Id increase it and take cialis to lower bp. Youre prolly not getting enough androgens. Higher doses make me feel coolheaded. Im at 175mg currently. Sleep is good and the mind too.

I feel really good, since I started trt. Sometimes I forget how I felt before I started it. My main issue was terrible brain fog, thankfully it never returned. My libido is very strong, usually I’m always in a good mood and now I am happily married. I feel like I’m really blessed, since I started trt. Which was the time I met the woman I married, I am so in love and very happily married, to a wonderful woman.

Also remember we are living in very trying times. With the Covid lockdowns and the attempted overthrow of the power structure in the US, there’s stress all around without throwing your personal stress into the mix.

Yep. Im on edge most of the time so thats adding to everything. I have notice a bit of impatience on my part. Lets face it, were all being weaponized in some kind of way. Its not a peaceful time. I cant travel to my get away in Mallorca, because of how we handled Covid19. Im losing money every month and making it up by cutting costs. It sucks for us Americans, and we have it all. The rest of the world bars people from TRT, we have it good here. But damn... no one is happy.

TRT is available in most asian countries, i havent been to any where it is not. If you exclude external stressors, them you are left with "roid rage", a phenomenon which includes bipolar mental states, anger and depression. If reducing your dosage doesn't work, you need a different androgen. If that doesn't work (and there are many choices) then it could be that TRT is not for you. Ensure you are getting the same measured levels before dismissing a particular androgen. Remember that there is a (very) wide range of "acceptable" measured levels, which is just indicative of our individuality. Namaste.

Did you take any AI? Is your protocol only 50mg test e every 4 days?
Please post an update whether you have fixed this or not. And tell us about your fix if you do fix them.

Yes, my protocol is 50mg every 4 days total 100mg per week. I am not encouraged to up my dosage because when inject high dosages I start to feel more agitated and my bp goes up. It became hard to sleel too. I am not using any IA and I don't think I am with high strogen at this low dosage. Some days I just feel depressed, I still don't know what is the cause. I don't take any type of drugs or meds too.
