“Free Testosterone” Unit Conversion

The US generally use nanograms/decilitre and picograms/millilitre, other countries, including New Zealand, use nanomoles/litre and picomoles/litre for their Free Testosterone results.

I set out to find the conversion values.

I found two useful links that can with some thought provide the answer, but I have yet to find an online calculator that will convert Free Testosterone results from pmol/L directly to ng/dL.
