I've been on TRT for a couple of years now. I'm 5'9, 185lbs and fairly lean. I eat pretty clean for the most part. My protocol is 50mg Test c Monday night and Friday morning. 300iu Hcg with my test injection plus Wednesday night. No AI. My latest blood test showed my TT was 973 and E2 was 30. This is the standard Labcorp E2 test. I have keep copies of all of my labs since starting TRT and I have noticed that my E2 is always low. My current ratio is 32. Looking back on all of my labs, my ratio is typically like this or even higher. I have low libido and ED issues and take 10mg of Cialis EOD. The cialis works well and I also plan on starting Gene's nitric oxide stack soon. I also have anxiety, tired all the time but sleep poorly at night, have a hard time retaining water (thirtsty all the time). I'm wondering if low E2 is to blame. I know this is the opposite problem of most guys. Is there any way to raise my E2? I was thinking about raising my HCG dose? Any help would be appreciated.
I donate blood from time to time. With my TT levels in this range my hematocrit stays within a safe range. I have ran my TT up to 1400 and did have to donate blood as a result. At that time, I was experimenting with a different protocol and was taking .25 mg adex and my E2 was 10. Needless to say that protocol didn't work for me.
