Nash, perhaps you meant you don't take any of those prescription drugs.
But do you take any sort of nitric oxide stack, like L-Arginine, Icariin (Horny Goat Weed) or L-Citrulline or othes? Because I recalled on your lean bulk thread you were saying you ordered " L-citruline malate. I'm going to start with that and build if I have to. I really take a lot of supps"
Because a lot if not most men that seriously weight lift / work out also take those or some similar stack to increase NO. i have arginine and citrulline in bulk, but I haven't been taking them for a couple of years.
Nothing I take should increase my NO. though I do take CQ10 and muscle tech whey protein that has some creatine in it, I don't think those increase nitric oxide.
Too bad, there is no reliable test for NO in the blood.
I did have high BG back in 2014, it got as high as 150/90, I was on TRT and previous to that a few years before it was between 110-130 systolic. Maybe it was the testosterone that caused it to rise, but I focused on lowering it. 2-3 grams of cocoa powder daily in my coffee + 500 mg or more magnesium seems to work for me. Now BP ranges between 108/73/75 - 132/84/71. Eyeballing it, the average is about 118/80/68.
When my BP goes down, my pulse rate seems to increase. Just daily fluctuations, maybe I had 4 cups of coffee when I measured it, I don't record that much detail.
Do doubt if I took cialis my BG would go down some or a lot, but right now I am OK with where it's at.
Since 10/17 I have lost about 15 lbs net, it doesn't seem to have affected my BP at all.
Regardless, it's good info about both cialis and the NO stack if in the future I need to lower BP or get ED, it's likely only a matter of time.
