I don’t have ED, so I’ve never taken any more than the 5mg per day. I can’t imagine what 20mg would do! Without the cialis, I still get good erections, but as soon as I finish, I get soft. With the cialis, I stay hard for awhile after orgasm. I really like that feeling as I enjoy continuing the activity even after orgasming. The veins in my forearms are so noticeable that other guys in the gym have commented.
