IMHO a neurologist would be a good option to start with. These symptoms could range from carpal tunnel, to spinal issues or ever cardiac problems. This is far beyond the scope of TRT and answers should come from a medical doctor. Perhaps you need to ask who ever is doing the MRI who you else can see? No one here is a doctor. You need better answers that people guessing that are not even qualified to guess.
