Interesting articles, thank you. So I take it the changes I described in my post are normal to happen sometime in one's 40s (for men in the industrialized world) and are not necessarily early "andropause" or necessarily an issue with my body's systems, but rather something most every man in the industrialized world experiences in their 40s plus or minus a few years?


I just feel it's about 10-12 years too early, but that's why I am interested in others' feedback and experience on this.
