I’m on TRT, and know that my diet has contributed to added testosterone/free test levels.. wondering if anyone else has the same findings.. / results..

If one was natty diet definitely could have an impact on ones testosterone levels as low fat/cholesterol diets as well as calorie restriction have been shown in studies to lower testosterone levels in men.

Regarding trt highly doubtful low carb/high fat or moderate-high carb/lower fat would make a difference unless the specific diet one is following allows them to loose excess adipose tissue as high body fat levels increase aromatase which converts T---->E2 and excess e2 can lower testosterone levels.

Now as far as protein................higher protein diets have been shown to lower shbg which could have a positive impact on testosterone levels but most following low carb/high fat or moderate-high carb/lower fat are already consuming adequate amounts of protein.
