I started taking t shots and by the second week I was feeling great no fatigue or Brian fog stronger erections and all.
After the first month I had a very stressful week and felt more fatigue. After the stress went away I figured I would be feeling good again but ended up feeling worse with everyday that passed. It got to a point that I was extremely fatigued and irritable I felt worse then before I started.

My e2 has always been right above normal readings. The doctor put me on anastrozole. 5 MG three times a week. And I felt differently almost immediately my irritability and fatigue was replaced with sleepyness and no libido.

I have basically slept for the last four days feeling very numb.

It's nice to not have the fatigue but being constantly sleepy with no energy is not what I want either.

Does anyone know what my deal is?

It is most likely an issue of estrogen management. 1.5mg of anastrozole weekly is a megadose for anyone on anything less than a steroidal dose of testosterone. Most people here will probably tell you that they can't help you without labs (which is mostly true), but judging by the fact that you felt good at first for several weeks, took anastrozole and noticed a change in your symptoms accompanied by a crash, estrogen is probably the culprit. It was probably a bit too high and then the high dose of anastrozole tanked your E2. Are you on HCG? What is your dosage/protocol? The more information you can give us, the better.

I am not on hcg I want to be but my endo will not give me t and hcg. I inject .5milliliter every week of testosterone cup 200 MG/ML. I started feeling bad before I started the AI.

You might be right idk about needing to lower my e2 yet I'm lowering it to much.

My lvls are as follow
Peak T. 687
Trof. T 373
Free T. 20
E2. 50.54
Also my lh and FSH have both flatlined on mu last test so I guess my brain has noticed the testosterone and has stopped making it on its own.

I believe your protocol is out of whack. Can you give us the details, and can you provide us with the reference ranges for the lab tests you posted? Was your SHBG measured? With more context, discussion will be more focused.

Shbg. 24. (10-50)
LH. .70. (1.5-9.3)
FSH. .3. (1.4-18.1)
Free T. 74.5. (46-224)
Peak t. 687. (241-827
E2. 50.54. (0-39.8)

You need a doctor that actually understands TRT as a first step. This one clearly has no idea of what he/she is doing. Prime Body and Defy Medical are both site sponsors and both come highly recommended.
