Kind of the same. Never really had full blown depression or anxiety, but the throughout most of my life negative things would get me down here and there and I would definitely feel a bit depressed. And I would sometimes get anxiety about certain things and it would really freak me out, a lot of time I think it was thinking about death. But ever since I started testosterone I don’t think I’ve ever really felt depressed or anxious like I used to. And I’m much older now, so death should freak me out a lot more, and I have had waaaayyyy worse things go on in my life since starting TRT, which should definitely get me down at times I would imagine, but on test I just have such a positive and optimistic attitude about everything and just kind of have an attitude of “well this is just things that are part of life. No use dwelling on them or letting them get me down. Just deal with them, move on, and enjoy and appreciate life the best we can”. That’s obv easier said than done if u don’t have the hormones to allow u feel that way. I feel like it’s important to have proper mindsets, but balanced hormone levels are what actually allow u to feel the ways u want. Knowing how u should feel and react in ur mind is only half the battle, imo, if that makes sense. Either way I agree, test has definitely all but removed any random depression or anxiety for me since starting, and it’s been absolutely amazing obv Only time I’ve ever had full blown depression is when I was on Clomid monotherapy. But I obv wasn’t on test at the time, so it doesn’t really apply. Just throwing it out there.
