Been on Methy B-12 now for about 60 days.....I top off my 30ga syringe after loading it with 150 iu's of HCG EOD.  It has definitely helped me with energy levels   I will look at magnesium also, as with my GI issues i have to take acid reflux drug which hampers B-12 absorbtion as does my inflammation of ilium.....guessing it does similar with Magnesium
