Have now been to a specialist and had 2 x 24h urine cortisol tests. Results are below

Cortisol (urine) 87 nmol/l (no ref range)

Creatinine (urine) 6.1 mmol/l (3.5 - 22.9)

Cortisol excretion 296 nmol/24h (<280)

Creatinine excretion 20.7 mmol/24h (7.1-17.7)

Second 24h test

Cortisol (urine) 98 nmol (no ref range)

Creatinine (urine) 6.2 mmol/l (3.5-22.9)

Cortisol excretion 274 nmol/24h <280

Creatinine excretion 17.4 mmol/24h (7.1-17.7)
