Have your primary care physician order you a pelvic ultrasound. The tech will know in the first 30 seconds if you have a varicocele or not. The test is easy, quick and cheap. I had two large varicoceles which I had removed using the newer radiological procedure. My TT was in the low 400's but free T was around 5 because I have high SHBG. I don't know if the surgery resulted in higher testosterone because my symptoms were bad enough that I started test cyp anyway. By the way do you have symptoms? You would have a dull ache in your testicles especially after lifting.
