So far this forum has been a wealth of information and support for me more than any of the others so I would just like to say thank you for that firstly! Now, brief background. 26 year old male, 6ft4 tall, lean. Lost a lot of muscle and strength, Ed lack of erections morning and daytime. Erections not as hard. Testicles seem a little smaller. Still, have a lot of body hair but it falls out occasionally on some days. I have days when hips and joints are a little better and crack less. Then days when it comes back. Sleep is okay but not that deep and I always wake up tired with no energy. new blood result show. Total test : 14 nmol Calculated Free Test: 217.6 pmol/L (174-740) strange, I find a lot of other ranges 250 being the lower end. This is the uk though and the ranges here seem to be very broad. SHBG: 46 nmol/L (16-40) IGF 1: 163 E2: 123pmol/l no range specified but I think this seems a little high. Converts to 33pgml which is a little high. This makes sense as my hips haven't been as bad this last couple of weeks but I can feel it coming back. It is usually low. TSH: 2.1 Prolactin: 237 miul 115-364 FT4 15 I found a Dr in my country willing to prescribe TRT. He made me fill out the questionnaire and I scored a high marker for low t symptoms. He mentioned clomid first but I have heard of bad side effects be honest I would rather stay away from this for the time being. He then mentioned gels but I said that I have children and I worry about rubbing it onto them etc. We then talked about injections. He stated Sustanon 250 every 10 days. I mentioned that I was having a growth hormone stimulation test booked and that I wanted to wait it out a bit before I had had that done. That came back clear however I often have a low random HGH level but this might be because of low t? After reading a lot about Sustanon it seems like such a high dose to start with. I don't want to be a body builder. I just want to feel normal again. Can anyone advise me on what to say to my doc? I was thinking about HCG mono therapy but then I am concerned with controlling E2. Has anoyone got any experience with this and could some one direct me in the right direction? I'm waiting on answers from this forum before I ring him up to discuss things as I'm really at a loss of where to go. I have the sustanon 250 at home and ready but I don't feel like I'm happy taking such a high dose of T. Thanks again.
