Two Weeks on Testosterone, No Change

My friend who is 65 took 200mg in divide dosages of 100mg a week for 6 weeks. after 2 weeks of stopping he had a blood test everything was fine PSA ect but Test at the lowest
Testostérone =Metric unit : 225 / 241-827
SI unit : 6.52 / 6.9-27.8
what could be the reasons, I am asking for him because he doesn't speak english. Thank you

That's what I would expect to see 2 weeks post injection after 6 weeks on T with that ester in a 65 year old man with (assuming here) had low T to start the TRT. Not sure what he was expecting to see and one does not cycle off TRT as a rule. He should have tested the day before his next weekly/bi weekly shot.
