Hi Guys, Engineer NERD Alert - This post contains Tmi personal lol be warned  Thought I would share my data as it might help others treading similar path. Although I hope No one is as unlucky as me and has a near death motorcycle crash with a TBi , learn from my mistakes and don't go racing lol. Background in my Intro - won't repeat, link below. https://www.excelmale.com/threads/trt-newbie-hello-from-uk.26710/ It's been an interesting journey, and overall I have seen benefits from TRT, with hopefully some spinal & bone strength improvements that are not really visible/quantifiable. I believe the UK clinic started me way too high at 100mg/wk TC initially, and following 6 wk's bloods suggested i stayed at that level. I decided to go it alone for a while as I was paying £150/mth for nothing it felt, as I didnt even get a consultation at that most critical point. Unfortunately, due to physical restrictions I cannot fully capatilise on the higher T muscle wise, and I did have an issue with my spine again last year. This has restricted my mobility again for the last 6 months, but I am hoping to get back on the rehabilitation training and see some more weight & muscle gains this spring. Positives Weight/Muscle gain + Strength gains + Mood gain & feeling of well being + EF Improvement + (with tadalafil) Slight incresae in libido 'O's,(9%) which has been more consistent on most recent protocol after switching to Sustanon from TC. Negatives Injecting meds (minor -) Increase in Bad cholestrol -- Cost £/$ - (reduced by self TRT) Time/effort trialing & dialing 'O's/'Ejacs' Not improved as much as hoped - still miles of old me and my holiday weekly record of 15-17x in a week :) Current PB Post crash 4/wk I have been documenting Key Quantifiable Metrics (in my eyes), which are 1) Body weight 2) Blood Results 3) Number of 'O's/Ejacs per week, whether its via sex or masturbation. Yes i know you can have an orgasm without an ejaculation (only happened once for me), but i'm counting them as same thing :). Should just call it a 'Happy ending' lol. Energy levels, mood, thoughts & fantasys etc I just log in my diary as a rough feel, but to me it's pure & simply a Stats Numbers game. I used to knock missus or one out daily, occasional day off if i knew was saving some for the missus, but would make up for that with twice a day on horny days lol. Refractory period, well it's linked to frequency but i do note it in my diary. I would say old me was daily and using that as reference point. My next protocol - How Low Can You Go ? I have struggled with low libido throughout last few years since crash, and I noticed reviewing my data yesterday that my peak weeks (4#) have been when I have been on decent quality HCG and at 375-500iu x3 a week (1000-1500 iu/wk). Also, I had a duff HCG vial in summer and my balls almost disappeared and dried up, no 'O' for about 2 weeks. Also, still suffering from tiredness/ fatigue still, (Oestrodial levels high?), and my appetite for life, drive, sex drive, hunger etc still feels suppressed since the accident. I am still in considerable pain with my left shoulder and this is hopefully subject to further corrective surgery in the next few months. I think Endo doing a detailed review will be £/$ worth spent. I am thinking of my next protocol as 1) HCG 3 x 500 iu = 1500 iu/wk (T/T/S) - Follow upward trend of Responding to HCG increase my Natty prod. 2) SUST 3 x 17mg = 45 mg/wk (S/W/F) - To allow for increased Nat production- decrease EX test. Or Possibly HCG Only ? Mmmm be a shame to loose steady gain I have made ? Would appreciate thoughts from You more experienced Fellows. I won't take it as medical advice, and I am producing this review as I am planning on presenting it to a Endo Specialist in Men/TRT prior to consultation in UK to see if I am missing anything ? Never in my life did i think i would be publishing my annual ejaculation data on the web, let alone recording it - funny..... Cheers Mac
