GERD update trying to find daily carb source and amount sweetspot #1


Yesterday had around 80-90g of carbs from boiled baby potatoes with butter on top coupled with ground beef and some cheddar cheese. Damn it was good and felt quite ok.


Today woke up with a bit of discomfort/pain in my chest area but sucked it up and went to do breakfast. Had 50g of overnight soaked Jasmine rice cooked with 200g 10% and 20% mixed ground beef and some "66% lower sodium" salt.


Now will see what happens in 3hr window as I tend to eat every 2-4hrs, depending on how I feel and how my daily structure is set for that particular day. Eating Carnivorish I can go all day with one meal in the morning and still won't feel that hunger when I include carbs in a meal. Then I'm just constantly hungry every 2-3hrs. This one is really a great tool to use and will be using going forward.


Today taking my girl to run some blood tests whatever they ordered for her so might eat after a longer then 3-4hr period. No problem. I eat to live, not live to eat. Food is either a cure or a curse and it all depends on nobody else but you. People in my city are so addicted to eating that its scarry to look around. Especially the women. It's a shame to not love yourself like they do. So anyway, once we have blood tests I'll share with some of you my guys that we have discussed women HRT with to see whats "under the hood".
