Awesome!!! Thanks so much for the detailed explanationJ I started with pretty high dosage for my body which is 150mg/ week which caused very high level of testosterone in my blood which was around 3 times the max level so I decided to quit everything and start again from lower dosage. I am posting my blood report. So, now I am trying to be extra cautious with my dosage. I was thinking to start at 25mg EOD as I have low SHBG levels and adding HCG once my protocol is set. I am trying to avoid AI. I am not familiar with IM and found subcutaneous is easier. I use 28g .5 inch needle. Also, subcutaneous injection release testosterone slowly into the body which will he helpful in my case I guess as I have tendency to convert most of my testosterone to estrogen. I can understand why you feel good at high. I was in that position for short period of time. I personally feel that those are just numbers. Symptoms should be given more preference than blood tests report. I read in some article that HCG should be taken on 5th day but I wasn’t sure what exactly that means. May be bcas of half cycle of testosterone is 8 days so by 5th day, the testosterone levels are reduced so its ideal time to take HCG. I guess that is for people who take 100mg once per week shot. Regarding AI, You're right. I have to wait before I take any decisions. I will see if I don’t have any symptoms then probably I wont take any Ais. I think its more like a T/E ratio rather than just estrogen number. Regarding my low T symptoms, I don’t know where to start. I have pretty much all the symptoms that’s mentioned in the text book for the low T profile. Starting from ED, Low Libido, anxiety, low confidence, shyness, low muscle mass, thin body and big belly, unable to build muscle and recovery takes lot of time and also after having sex, I need to wait for 2 or 3 days to have sex again so I guess you got an idea. I had ED since I was teenager, I thought I had performance anxiety and doctor said the same and asked me to take viagra. Anyways, After taking TRT for only 2 weeks, my levels went to super high and I saw amazing results in terms of libido n erections. I felt like my ED was cured. Tats when I realized that testosterone was the reason for all my issues. After reading your post, I got some idea and hopefully my TRT protocol will be set. I am 37 and looking forward to become a normal man. Attaching the blood report: One with high testosterone is right after taking TRT of 75mg and 500iu twice a week. One with low T and high triglycerides level is current situation after quitting TRT for about 2 weeks.
