All, I am doing .4 ml of Hikma Pharmaceutical Test Cyp 200 mg/ml per week. Shots on Monday, testing on Thursday. SubQ injections in thigh. For past 10-15 years I'm hitting 600 to 1100 on my test results. Averaging 800. Not sure why the big 1100 this last time. My hair has been thinning for years. Im starting today, 2.5 mg per day of Minoxidil pills from Roman (getroman.com). (taking pills would allow me to be better at doing it every day. I've tried using the topical for 1 year (Minoxidilmax Maxogen-X 1 time daily, which is what it calls for. ingedients Minoxidil (7.0%) with Finasteride (0.15%), enhanced with Azelaic acid (1.5%), Retinoic Acid (aka, tretinoin 0.025%) and Caffeine.) and never saw an improvement but end up missing applying 2 days per week so I cant say I have been honest in the use. I also take NP Thyroid, 30mg 2 times per day. Of note, I noticed my Uncle's son (on my mothers side) has the exact same hair loss look that I do and he is 10 years younger than I am. I am a 52 year old male. I'm not feeling hair come out in the shower. Ive never noticed sheedding..just thinning..alot over the past 10 years. What tests at Labcorp should I be using to see what may be causing the hair loss over time? DHT?
