I can’t say whether or not it’s more or less suppressive, but I can say that levels on 2x/day cream are flatter than people might think.

I once had two consecutive blood draws done. One about 4-5 hours after morning application, then another the following morning before my next morning application (about 12 hours after evening application). T levels were roughly the same on both labs.
