Everyone is different, but libido seems to be one of the first things to improve. I would judge based on that, see if your energy goes up, overall better feeling. If those things are getting better, then that's all positive signs that you're headed in the right direction. I am on that path myself (only been on for about 6 months). Things aren't perfect, but better. Have you tried low dose daily Tadalafil? What is your DHT level?
