TRT/Cero sperm count

Hi everyone,

I am currently taking 100ml weekly for my TRT. I am 34 years old, been on it for about 6-8 years. My wife and are trying so I went for my first semen analysis.

The results came with 0 sperm count. I was expecting low results due to TRT but not that low.

Has other people experienced results this low on TRT? Just checking as I am worried it could be something else.

I am thinking of stopping TRT immediately to regain fertility. Since I’m in Canada it will take several months for me to see a specialist (currently waiting on the referral.)

Any advice? I am going for another semen analysis test in a few months just to ensure that the first sample wasn’t a faulty one and thus the results.
Thank you everyone for any advice! I always find the best advice in this forum to say the least

Sure it`s possible to have 0 sperm count on TRT
