I’d say take a step back and relax(yes.. I know…easier said than done). Your probably threw too much at your body at once and are now stuck in your own head. I can’t think of a physiological mechanism that would cause testosterone to result in a racing heart for a week straight. However, B12 injections can cause anxiety and palpitations. Generally that should resolve within a day or two though(but everyone is different). Also, the dose of testosterone you took a week ago should now be around half of what it was when you first took it, and it’ll reduce by 1/2 each week until it clears your body. Again, the testosterone would not act that fast (6 hours), but the B12 would.

Best advice is to do some meditation(if you aren’t familiar with it then find some guided meditation videos on YouTube). Get out of your own head and stop freaking out. Find a competent provider. If you do seek medical treatment make sure to tell them about the b12 injection.
