Didn't forget about this thread, just had nothing to add until until now. Got another TSH test and came back high again at 6. (so looking like this now) July 11th TSH W Freet4 Reflex 6.970 UIU/ML July 17th TSH 3Rd Gen 5.130 UIU/ML August 28th TSH W Freet4 Reflex 5.510 UIU/ML Sept 27th TSH 3rd Gen 6.110 UIU/ML

Was hoping for a downwards trend. Discussed at length with GP and since all the scary stuff has been ruled out . She suggests medication but willing to continue to monitor. Ferritin was good and hemoglobin is good. I'm convinced that I can make this better without meds so I'm happy to continue to monitor (monthly TSH test) so I can see if thru diet I can improve this. I suspect that this could be key to my lethargy (although strangely, last few weeks I felt better ). Open to any suggestions that can help me improve situation. I figure I'll try things for 30 days inbetween TSH tests to see if any sticks ! I've already googled the obvious dietary food for optimal thyroid health.
