Thus far I have not had to use this, 5 mg of daily cialis does the trick, hopefully forever. But I had a question with this product. After you ejaculate does erection subside or does it still remain for the duration of meds effectiveness?

I use BiMix and yes it remains erect after orgasm.

My clinic is Abraham Morgantaler’s and I spoke to him about this. He said the dose can be upped over time if the cialis is losing effectiveness. He advocates up to 40mg if you are healthy, which fortunately I am. After that loses effectiveness, then he said trimix is the next level. Once in a while you get to see Morgantaler if you are not one of his private patients at his clinic. When I do, I ask a ton of questions and this was about the most important one I could think of.

I find if I throw in a tiny bit of viagra the erection lasts past orgasm for a few minutes. Quite a bonus in my opinion.
