Yes, definiltly find a specialist. A good one will give your husband a test dose of Tri-Mix in the office and adjust the dose as needed  to help speed-up the process of getting the right dose.

And maybe its just me, but I get no bad side effects like with Viagra and other PDE-5 inhibitors - they make my face flushed for hours, give me bad headaches and major congestion - to the degree that sex was not worth the feeling like hell for the rest of the day or night afterwards.
