It's perfectly fine for occasional use.  It does sound more psychological as you said you can maintain an erection on your own and after you get comfortable with a girl but not when you first meet.  In this case it would work.  You will get an incredible erection that will have her tapping out.  You won't become dependent on it however once you've taken the bite out of the Trimix apple it's difficult to go back LOL
