Hi fellas, New user here, but I've been reading and reading for days now. I'm in a position that luckily the internet exists and I can be as upfront without showing my red cheeks as I ask these questions. I'll tell you a bit about myself: I'm a 35 year old, I've had horrible ED starting about 6 years ago and was too embarrassed to see a doctor about it. I was a hard drug addict for years (9 years clean now). I used to take those gas stations hardon pills like they were going out of style because I had issues getting it up. They helped along with some help from my girlfriend at the time stlmulating me. I went from 230 lbs to 430 over the course of 6 years. I also have lymphedema in my legs and some fluid in my stomach from it. I've been trying like crazy to lose weight, I've gone to every doctor from a GP to a vein specialist, to a urologist and a heart doc. I'm also a heavy smoker and I've been cutting back to try to do this naturally. Viagra and cialis do nothing at all for me. During foreplay I get aroused, not nearly anywhere like I used to be and just enough arousal to ejeculate. Now that I've spilled my guts (in hopes the info would be helpful) - my new uro seems *fantastic* and actually cares. He's sending me for a bunch of tests from a-z and prescribed me trimix. The starting does of 0.2 with increments of 0.1 per injection if the prior one didn't work. He said if I missed the right spot, nothing dire could occur. The issue being my large gut prohibits me from reaching down with both hands at the same time so I had to one-hand it and for anyone with a weight issue, you know you don't have much to work with there in a flaccid state usually. It's been 6 hours now and I'm still lifeless down there. I read that a smaller dosage when injected properly usually just dictates the length of time you're erect. With that considered, I was very nervous with the first shot but that has subsided now that I've tried it (albeit missed). Could I try a 0.1 injection on the other side of my penis (to stay away from the previous injection's general site)? I'm looking for a "yes you're fine" but only because I haven't had a hardon in 6 years now and I've been morbidly depressed about it. My girlfriend is amazing and is supportive throughout all of this. If it's not safe, I can accept that too and wait until tomorrow. I'm just really, really wanting to see myself in full function again even if it's for 10 minutes. Thank you to anyone who has read this entire long-winded post! MP
