When I first started trimix 11 years ago at age 62, 0.02 ml (2 ticks on an insulin syringe) would keep me hard for several hours. I was a very strong responder. Now I use 0.07 ml and it keeps me hard for a couple of hours.
I don't need the two hours, but with that dose I get very hard very quickly which feels great. Also, sometimes my wife does not come to bed as soon as I expect, but because of the long-lasting effect that is not a problem.
